Responsibilities
- Own projects end-to-end from zero to done, parachuting into highest-leverage work.
- Work directly with leadership with minimal overhead.
- Identify right tools, learn them fast, and maximize effectiveness.
- Run complex, multi-threaded projects independently.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in high-ownership roles (finance, sales ops, consulting, startup generalist, or similar).
- Demonstrated ability to run complex projects from start to finish.
- Hands-on experience with outreach tooling (Lemlist, Hunter, Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) or ability to learn quickly.
- Strong design and presentation skills to produce compelling materials quickly.
- Exceptional written communication, especially executive communications.
- Comfortable in fast-moving environments; treats novel challenges as invitations.
Nice-to-Haves
- Background or interest in hardware, semiconductors, AI infrastructure, or deep tech.
- Experience with event logistics, field marketing, or pipeline generation.
- Familiarity with AI/EDA/chip design ecosystem.
- Technical background in CS, EE, or related field.
