What You'll Accomplish

End-to-End Workplace Strategy & Operations

Own the full lifecycle of workplace experience across SF, Montreal, and Hub locations — from setting the strategic vision for how our spaces enable collaboration and culture, to ensuring the day-to-day operational details are executed flawlessly.

Events & Onsites at Scale

Lead the strategy, standards, and delivery of all SF-based events and team onsites as well as signature company moments (summer & holiday parties, etc.) — building repeatable frameworks that scale while maintaining quality and fiscal discipline across 90+ events annually.

Budget Stewardship

Own the workplace budget end-to-end — from forecasting and vendor negotiations to real-time spend management and resource reallocation — ensuring every investment ties back to employee experience and business priorities.

Service Excellence

Define and continuously raise the bar on in-office service standards — establishing SLAs, accountability structures, and measurement systems that translate operational rigor into a best-in-class employee experience.

Team & Cross-Functional Leadership

Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Workplace team while serving as the connective tissue across IT, Real Estate, Finance, and People Business Partners — driving alignment from strategic planning through tactical execution.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of experience in workplace operations, facilities management, or office/event program management with progressive responsibility
  • 2+ years of people management experience, with a demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and performance manage a team
  • Proven track record of managing complex, multi-location workplace operations with significant budget ownership
  • Strong vendor management and negotiation experience with the ability to build partnerships that deliver quality and value
  • Excellent operational execution and project management skills — able to manage high volumes of workplace requests, concurrent events and priorities without dropping details

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing workplace programs for hybrid or distributed organizations across multiple geographies
  • Background in corporate events, hospitality, or facilities management with deep knowledge of industry best practices
  • Familiarity with tools such as LiquidSpace, Envoy, event management platforms, and ticketing/service desk systems
  • Experience partnering with executive leadership and cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, Real Estate) in a coordination capacity
  • Data-driven approach to measuring employee experience, service quality, and operational efficiency
