Software Onboarding Representative - Chiropractic
Onboards new chiropractic customers to ChiroTouch software, managing projects for successful implementation while delivering exceptional support. Requires 2+ years customer service experience, preferably in SaaS onboarding, and familiarity with chiropractic software.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer experience through great communication (written and verbal), timely responses, product insights, and problem-solving.
- Manage portfolio of onboarding projects, achieving onboarding targets.
- Complete customer onboarding projects within specified time frames based on software/services complexity.
Requirements
- Chiropractic and/or ChiroTouch software experience highly desired.
- Software onboarding or customer project management experience highly desired (preferably SaaS).
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience (preferably in software training, support, or implementation).
- Proficient with Salesforce or similar CRM, Microsoft Office Suite, application sharing tools; maintain clean data.
- High standards of integrity and accountability.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Passionate customer champion with proven exceptional customer support.
Compensation
- Base salary: $42,000 - $54,000.
- Eligible for benefits including health, dental, vision, paid time off, 401(k) with company match; may include bonuses or equity.
Onboarding Specialist II
