Summary
Serve as the primary strategic partner for High School, Club, or Youth accounts, driving onboarding, product adoption, retention, and expansion revenue. Requires 3 days/week in Lincoln, NE office.
About the role
Your Priorities Will Include
- Executing High-Impact Onboarding. Partner with Account Executives to transition new accounts, ensuring every program hits the ground running and sees immediate value.
- Maximizing Territory Impact. Drive deep product adoption across your territory, ensuring every customer fully integrates Hudl into their daily workflow.
- Driving Strategic Engagement. Conduct reviews and strategy sessions with Coaches and Directors to provide education and roadmaps for program goals and long-term renewals.
- Championing the Hudl Ecosystem. Communicate the value of the full Hudl suite and identify where a program's gaps could be bridged by broader offerings.
- Mastering the Metrics. Use data to proactively identify at-risk accounts, keeping engagement high, churn low, and expansion revenue growing.
Must-Haves
- Passionate about the user experience; lean into tough conversations to turn dissatisfied users into long-term partners.
- Communicate with clarity; translate technical value to both internal stakeholders and external decision-makers.
- Understand the sales funnel and can spot "expansion signals"; comfortable using health scores and engagement metrics.
- Quickly grasp product market fit; comfortable using Salesforce, Salesloft, and other platforms.
- Balance a heavy load—from onboarding new accounts to holding program reviews—without letting the ball drop.
Nice-to-Haves

- Sports industry experience as a coach, athlete, or administrator.
- SaaS background in a client-facing role at a tech company.
- Familiarity with the Hudl Suite.
