Responsibilities

  • Extract founders' best ideas and ship as videos, stunts, static posts, and long-form content weekly.
  • Own concept, write briefs, direct production partners, and handle final cuts.
  • Manage distribution, amplification, channel choices, and relationships with creators, podcasters, KOLs.
  • Produce one big weekly swing and amplify across formats.

Requirements

  • Have personally created content (campaign, show, stunt, video, post) that broke containment and moved culture.
  • Deep understanding of storytelling and craft (e.g., explain Succession or Interstellar scene-by-scene).
  • Ability to write, concept, direct, and ship independently at obsessive speed.
  • Strong opinions; willing to kill own ideas quickly.
  • Personal following among taste-makers/influencers.
