Responsibilities
- Identify high potential accounts and build lists of relevant accounts that should be Confido customers.
- Send high quality outbound messages to target accounts.
- Build the tech stack by identifying gaps in infrastructure and finding vendors to mitigate them.
Requirements
- 1+ year meeting and exceeding quota in an SDR/BDR role, or 1+ year in consulting, investment banking, or investing.
- Exceptional written communication skills to create creative and compelling content for buyer personas.
- Deep customer empathy and excitement to learn about buyers' problems.
- Analytical ability to measure what's working and adapt to market feedback.
- Hunger to win, with intent to expand into roles with more responsibility in 8-12 months.
Compensation
- $90k to $110k base salary + uncapped commission ($140k to $160k OTE).
- 0.05% to 0.1% equity.
- Paid relocation.
