Senior Platform Solution Consultant, Pre-Sales
Own technical pre-sales for an identity orchestration platform, running 20+ enterprise deals, configuring live decisioning workflows in a no-code platform, and delivering working systems at close.
What you’ll do
- Run point on 20+ active deals at any given time, partnered with an Account Executive
- Lead discovery calls with enterprise fraud ops teams and translate findings into implementable solution designs
- Negotiate integration architecture (REST vs. SDK, sync vs. async, endpoint-only vs. full orchestration) with technical buyers
- Co-author mutual action plans with Account Executives, identifying blockers and resolving security/legal issues
- Demo the no-code decisioning platform to audiences ranging from VP of Fraud to staff engineers
- Escalate real customer requirements into Product and Engineering
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and build decisioning workflows inside the RiskOS Platform during pre-sales
- Orchestrate identity, fraud, and device signals across the product suite into live workflows
- Set thresholds, wire reason codes into branching logic, define fallbacks and step-ups
- Ship decisioning flows that customers can put into production immediately upon close
- Execute clean handoffs with Post-Sales and Technical Project Management teams
Requirements
- 6+ years total experience, with at least 3 years in a customer-facing technical sales role (Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, Pre-Sales)
- Track record carrying technical ownership on complex enterprise deals ($500K+ ACV) with 6–12 month sales cycles
- Experience configuring, demoing, or deploying a SaaS platform as part of the sales motion
- Strong communicator across technical and executive audiences
- Comfort with APIs, JSON, basic SQL, and reasoning about distributed systems
- Bias toward action, ownership, and ruthless prioritization
- Willingness to travel up to 30%
Nice to Have
- Background in fraud, identity verification, decisioning, risk, KYC/AML, or fintech infrastructure
- Experience with no-code/low-code orchestration platforms or decisioning engines
- Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns (REST, webhooks, SDKs)
- Exposure to ML/statistics concepts (precision, recall, AUC, model performance)
