Responsibilities
- Own, mature, expand, and operate existing change management processes with internal teams and product/banking partners
- Support day-to-day relationship management with bank partners for new feature and product launches
- Build knowledge base for partnerships and framework for internal teams to support new feature development
- Onboard and train Mercury employees on external tools or dashboards
- Work with risk and compliance to create scalable reporting and feedback processes
- Collaborate with engineering and product to launch features and grow programs
- Work with marketing to track changes and deliver roadmaps to external stakeholders
- Gain exposure to teams from Audit to Legal
- Help strategically grow Mercury’s network of financial relationships and deepen programs
Requirements
- 7+ years experience in financial services or banking operations, with at least 3 years supporting bank partnerships
- Confident building relationships and serving as operational go-to for change requests with bank partners
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Highly collaborative and attuned to partner expectations

Compensation
Target base salary:
- NYC, Seattle, LA, SF: $142,400 - $178,000
- Other US locations: $128,200 - $160,200
