About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own, mature, expand, and operate existing change management processes with internal teams and product/banking partners
  • Support day-to-day relationship management with bank partners for new feature and product launches
  • Build knowledge base for partnerships and framework for internal teams to support new feature development
  • Onboard and train Mercury employees on external tools or dashboards
  • Work with risk and compliance to create scalable reporting and feedback processes
  • Collaborate with engineering and product to launch features and grow programs
  • Work with marketing to track changes and deliver roadmaps to external stakeholders
  • Gain exposure to teams from Audit to Legal
  • Help strategically grow Mercury’s network of financial relationships and deepen programs

Requirements

  • 7+ years experience in financial services or banking operations, with at least 3 years supporting bank partnerships
  • Confident building relationships and serving as operational go-to for change requests with bank partners
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Highly collaborative and attuned to partner expectations

Compensation

Target base salary:

  • NYC, Seattle, LA, SF: $142,400 - $178,000
  • Other US locations: $128,200 - $160,200
