About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own account management for existing Marketplace partnerships driving incremental growth through dedicated relationship management and optimization
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Marketing, and Strategy to execute against the Marketplace roadmap
  • Identify, qualify, and advance new partnership opportunities across third-party B2C channels, consumer ads, and membership benefits to expand the Marketplace pipeline
  • Develop performance reporting and analytics for assigned partnerships, using a data-driven approach to identify growth optimization opportunities and inform commercial strategy
  • Build and sustain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience at a fast-paced company
  • Demonstrated success managing commercial partnerships, including account management and end-to-end deal execution
  • Proven ability to build and sustain relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional execution across Product, Operations, Marketing, and Strategy
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner

  • Experience in two-sided marketplaces, AI technology, mobility, real estate, or related fields
