About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support a fully remote organization of approximately 150 employees across Commercial, G&A, Clinical and cross-functional teams.
  • Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to US-based people managers and leaders, coaching them through real challenges.
  • Proactively identify manager capability gaps and design targeted interventions.
  • Navigate complex employee situations with sound judgment and speed — from performance issues and team dynamics to org design and leadership transitions.
  • Drive People programs and initiatives across the US — from identifying needs and shaping design, to execution, adoption, and iteration.
  • Partner with managers through the full employee lifecycle — onboarding, development conversations, performance calibration, coaching moments, and exits.
  • Partner with the broader People team on retention, engagement, and org health — and flag risks before they become a problem.
  • Use people data to surface org health signals and connect it to recommended action — turnover risk, engagement trends, performance patterns.
  • Translate People strategy into action at the business level — helping managers and leaders connect the dots between company direction and their teams.
  • Use AI tools actively and fluently in day-to-day work — automating repeatable work, accelerating analysis, and building smarter workflows.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience with demonstrated ownership of complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Deep experience supporting GTM, Sales, or Commercial organizations.
  • Strong manager coaching capability — meet a manager where they are, ask the right questions, and shift how they lead.
  • Comfort operating independently with minimal oversight — bring solutions, not problems.
  • Strong team player — collaborate and coordinate with People Operations, HRBP, and Employee Programs teams.
  • High tolerance for ambiguity and the ability to pivot quickly.
  • Strong AI fluency — required; speak concretely about AI tools used, workflows built or automated, and measurable impact.
  • Excellent judgment, communication, and the ability to hold multiple stakeholder perspectives simultaneously.
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments where the org chart and priorities shift frequently.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience in health tech, digital health, or medical device organizations.
  • Background in AI-native or AI-first companies.
  • Familiarity with US/Israel distributed team dynamics or global workforce complexity.
  • Experience in facilitation, coaching, and leading learning & development sessions.
