Sales Development Representative
Prospects O&P clinics, podiatry practices, and physical therapy centers via high-volume calls to book demos of AI-powered orthotics platform. Requires 1-3 years sales experience targeting SMB medical practices, gatekeeper navigation, and coachability on clinical basics.
Responsibilities
- Drive high-volume outreach (60-80 calls/day) to Orthotic & Prosthetic (O&P) clinics, Podiatry practices, and Physical Therapy centers across the US.
- Pitch practice economics, focusing on billable hours, workflow efficiency, and profit margins.
- Qualify clinical needs by assessing current fabrication methods.
- Educate clinics on AI scanning benefits (PDAC-approved, reimbursable, superior to manual casting).
- Book 15+ qualified demos per month for Account Executives.
- Manage high-volume leads in HubSpot with rigorous follow-up.
- Provide campaign feedback to Marketing.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of sales experience, ideally targeting SMBs, medical practices, dental offices, or independent pharmacies.
- Ability to bypass gatekeepers (front desk staff) and speak credible medical/business language to doctors and practice managers.
- Coachable: Learn basics of medical reimbursement and foot anatomy (e.g., pronated vs. supinating foot).
- High motor: Energetic, organized, manage pipeline of hundreds of leads.
Compensation
- Base: $60k-$75k
- OTE: $95k-$130k (uncapped commission)
