About the role

What You'll Do

  • Lead product launches. Partner with product and GTM to launch new capabilities and products that resonate with technical buyers.
  • Own positioning, messaging, and the agent narrative for LangSmith Observability and Evaluation.
  • Build sales enablement that helps close enterprise deals, including talk tracks, battlecards, and objection handling.
  • Own competitive positioning across AI-native observability tools.
  • Partner on pricing and packaging as products evolve.
  • Create content like customer stories, technical use cases, and solution briefs.
  • Feed the product roadmap with customer feedback, win/loss signals, and competitive trends.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5-8+ years product marketing experience.
  • Owned positioning and messaging for a technical product or platform end-to-end.
  • Marketed developer tools, AI/ML infrastructure, or observability/monitoring platforms.
  • Comfortable with senior engineers and VP+ leaders on technical topics like tracing and agent architectures.
  • Ship-focused, clear writer, curious about agents, use AI tools, tell customer stories.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with LLM/agent developer ecosystem, tracing platforms, or eval frameworks.
  • Experience with product-led and sales-led GTM motions.
  • Partnering with sales on enterprise deals.
  • Exposure to open-source developer community.

Compensation and Location

Location: San Francisco, CA (strong preference)

Annual salary: $210,000 – $235,000 + equity
