About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own Paragon's messaging and positioning across website, pitch deck, sales differentiation.
  • Build messaging framework for sales, content, and partnerships.
  • Run product launches end-to-end, owning process and timeline.
  • Develop sales enablement assets: decks, one-pagers, battle cards, objection handling.
  • Create ICP personas for AI-native builders and enterprises.
  • Share Marketing campaign results with Demand Gen.
  • Own competitive intelligence on Merge, Prismatic, Composio, Workato, etc.
  • Plug into product planning pre-launch.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing as first or second PMM.
  • Experience in developer tools, API infrastructure, integrations, or technical adjacent.
  • Led company repositioning or category creation with before/after messaging examples.
  • Writing that earns trust from technical readers (samples required).
  • Sales enablement beyond decks: trained reps, deal reviews, used materials.
  • Owned product launches from brief to retro, coordinating GTM teams.
  • Worked alongside DevRel, understanding PMM/DevRel division.
