About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with engineers to build features that feel intuitive while solving deeply technical problems
- Own the roadmap for a core area of Fleet
- Work with customers to understand their challenges and define new product features
- Work with engineering to define scope, make technical tradeoffs, and ship high-impact features quickly
- Help shape product strategy alongside founders and leadership team
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management or engineering experience
- Hands-on experience building with LLMs, agents, or AI applications
- Deeply technical — comfortable discussing API design, system architecture, data pipelines, and debugging production issues
- Bias toward action — prefer shipping, learning, and iterating over building the perfect solution upfront
- Strong written and verbal communicator who can align cross-functional teams around a shared vision
Nice to Have
- Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical background
- Previous experience at a high-growth startup or developer-focused company
