About the role
Responsibilities
- Work directly with prospects and customers to conduct discovery, co-build solutions, and represent the company at the highest level
- Own scheduling and forecasting end-to-end — set the vision, drive the roadmap, and ship work that improves how customers run operations
- Apply AI to automate high-stakes, high-repetition decisions in workforce management
- Build for enterprise complexity including 24/7 multi-channel, multi-site operations, SLAs, shrinkage, channel mix, and BPO relationships
Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience in enterprise B2B SaaS
- Strong analytical and technical product skills with ability to get deep in data and technical details
- Experience at a growing, venture-backed startup
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Customer-first mindset with strong discovery skills to work directly with senior stakeholders
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience building AI-powered product features in a practical, customer-value-driven way
- Experience working closely with data science or ML teams to ship predictive optimization features
