Responsibilities
- Work with Design Manager on initiatives across mobile and web experiences
- Craft meaningful, engaging experiences reflecting human-centered values
- Provide and solicit feedback to raise quality bar
- Work cross-functionally from strategy, definition, execution, validation, and iterations
- Produce high quality work: research, user flows, interactive prototypes, pixel perfect design with delightful interactions
- Empathize with users and advocate for user experience
Requirements
- 4+ years experience
- Experience designing for native mobile app
- Practice empathy and understand design impact on users
- Problem solver who loves challenges
- Willing to compromise and not hold biases closely
- Works well collaboratively, shows work frequently
- Curiosity about AI changing creative workflows
