The annual On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this position is $96,000 – $120,000 with a pay mix of approximately 80/20 (base/variable). Base salary range is $80,000 – $100,000, with a variable target of $16,000 – $20,000. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
