About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead expansion of Ataraxis's offerings to next cancer types beyond breast cancer using the pan-cancer AI platform.
- Source real-world datasets, clinical trial datasets, and biobank resources to support AI model development and evaluation.
- Develop and manage network of relationships with key opinion leaders, clinical advisors, early adopters, and research collaborators to validate hypotheses, gather insights, identify customers and partners.
- Develop internal knowledge (memos, draft collateral material) for medical affairs/sales teams.
- Work directly with CEO to execute launch quickly.
- Partner with engineering and research teams to inform clinical-grade model development.
Qualifications
- 2+ years industry experience in biotech, pharma, diagnostics, or healthcare strategy, management consulting, or finance.
- Preferred: MD, PhD, PharmD, NP, or Master's in cancer biology, molecular biology, cell biology, biomedical sciences, pharmacology, pharmaceutical sciences, or related life sciences.
- Ability to quickly learn complex scientific/medical topics.
- Strong communication skills for diverse audiences (KOLs to engineers).
- Preferred: Experience writing academic/scientific content (peer-reviewed manuscripts, grants).
- Bias for action.
- Ability to connect R&D to customer experience and product quality.
