About the role

Responsibilities

  • Target, nurture, and grow relationships with highest priority Federal System Integrators and Civilian agencies.
  • Pursue security and technology leaders to solve the skills gap affecting cyber readiness.
  • Work on a win-and-retain basis to win new business with largest FSI customers and Civilian agencies, then grow Immersive's presence within those accounts.
  • Leverage marketing leads, technical resources, and channel/alliance partners.
  • Attend relevant industry events to educate the market on Immersive's offering.
  • Run a seamless partnership with the Customer Success team to identify upsell opportunities.
  • Live the Immersive values and display the culture to prospect companies.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience selling to large complex Federal System Integrators and/or Civilian agencies.
  • Experience in a high growth company, understanding the pace and attention to detail required.
  • Understanding of the challenges senior cybersecurity leaders (CISOs, VPs of Cyber, Senior SOC leaders) face.
  • Proven track record of hitting sales quotas and winning net-new logos at complex global customers.
  • Experience leading a sales cycle, educating clients on the value of a new cybersecurity solution.
  • Executed account plans using resources including Channel Partners, SDRs, Pre-sales, and professional services efficiently.
  • Active security clearance is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base salary range of $130,000 - $160,000 (varies based on qualifications, skills, competencies, location, and experience).
