About the role

Responsibilities

  • Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to support underwriting of potential investment opportunities.
  • Prepare internal memoranda and materials for investment recommendations and stakeholder communication.
  • Start and develop relationships with new and existing borrowers.
  • Assess performance of existing investments, including collateral and operating company.
  • Evaluate market conditions for existing and potential investments to support asset allocation decisions.
  • Provide support in executing new investments and ad-hoc projects.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in structured credit, private equity, or investment banking.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical ability.
  • Attention to detail with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Desire to learn, take on new challenges, and be highly self-motivated.

Compensation

  • $90,000 - $120,000 OTE, dependent on skills, experience, location, and qualifications.
