About the role
What You’ll Do
- Lead and Coach a Team: Manage Implementation Managers, provide guidance, feedback, and model best-in-class delivery.
- Own Strategic Implementations: Lead end-to-end onboarding for complex customers, configure Tabs, manage ERP integrations (NetSuite, QuickBooks).
- Drive Process Improvement: Refine playbooks, standardize workflows, improve tooling.
- Act as a Customer SME: Communicate accounting/revenue recognition concepts.
- Collaborate Cross Functionally: Surface insights, identify product gaps.
- Ensure Team Excellence: Track metrics, remove blockers.
- Build for Scale: Contribute to hiring, onboarding, knowledge sharing.
Who You Are & Experience
Hands-on leader at delivery/development intersection with deep accounting fluency.
- 5-7 years in software implementation, customer onboarding, or professional services at SaaS/fintech.
- Experience mentoring/managing small team while owning projects.
- Technical/accounting fluency (ASC 606, order-to-cash, ERP: NetSuite, QuickBooks).
- Manage complex implementations balancing speed/accuracy/satisfaction.
- Excellent communication across stakeholders.
- Accounting/finance software background; CPA/Big Four a plus.
