- Growth experiments from hypothesis to result to scale
- Activation and onboarding for new customers
- Retention and expansion within existing accounts
- Referral programs and organic growth loops
- Channel testing across SEO, partnerships, and community
- Growth analytics, dashboards, and attribution
- Tooling and automation that removes friction from the funnel

About You
- 3 to 6 years in growth, product growth, or sales
- You have owned experiments end to end and shipped results
- Strong with data. Comfortable in SQL, Mixpanel, or similar tools
- Early stage startup experience preferred
- Builder mindset. You do not wait for perfect resources to get started
- Clear communicator who can turn findings into action fast
