GTM/Sales Onboarding Program Manager
Own and run end-to-end onboarding programs for revenue teams at a high-growth B2B SaaS company. Design interactive training with role-play, certifications, and gamification while continuously improving the program.
What You'll Do
- Conduct engaging and interactive onboarding sessions for new sales hires.
- Implement a variety of teaching methods, including role-playing, graded certifications, case studies, and simulations to enhance learning effectiveness.
- Ensure a seamless and positive onboarding experience for all participants.
- Infuse a sense of excitement, healthy competition in onboarding.
- Implement gamification elements to encourage participation, teamwork, accountability, and performance excellence.
- Establish and communicate clear evaluation criteria for onboarding success.
- Provide constructive feedback to participants and collaborate with managers to address performance gaps during the onboarding process.
- Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of the onboarding program and identify areas for improvement, owning and executing on resulting continuous improvement projects.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance program content.
- Support creation/curation of Enablement content to supporting onboarding.
- Assist with other related duties as assigned, including facilitation for existing team members as needed to support broader Enablement efforts.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience owning and running end-to-end onboarding programs for sales/revenue teams in a high-growth B2B SaaS organization.
- Experience of progressive responsibility in Enablement, or Training roles in a high growth, B2B, SaaS organization.
- Exceptional communication (both verbally and in writing), presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Solid knowledge of the latest corporate training techniques.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to build relationships and promote a work environment focused on team development and constant coaching.
- In-depth knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models.
- Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio and video scripts.
- This is an individual contributor role.
