About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own channel strategy across Tivly, Bold Penguin, Google, Meta, and new channels; allocate budget based on performance.
  • Optimize campaigns in real-time using performance data from GTM Engineer.
  • Identify, test, and scale new acquisition channels.
  • Balance lead volume with sales/producer capacity.
  • Build repeatable campaign playbooks.
  • Drive measurable revenue tied to closed-won policies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading growth or paid marketing in commercial insurance, P&C, or insurtech.
  • Hands-on with at least two of: Tivly, Bold Penguin, Google Ads, Meta Ads, or comparable lead-gen channels.
  • Owned paid acquisition budget measured on revenue outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills for real-time performance decisions.
  • Launched and scaled new channels from scratch.
  • Balanced lead flow against sales capacity.

Nice to Haves

  • Direct experience with Tivly, Bold Penguin, or insurance lead aggregators.
  • Scaling SMB acquisition in regulated industries.
  • Worked with sales on lead routing, scoring, SLA design.
  • Familiarity with attribution tools (PostHog, Mixpanel, Amplitude).
  • High-growth startup experience.

Compensation
