About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruiting across all roles, from sourcing through close
  • Build and refine the interview process to identify exceptional talent quickly and accurately
  • Create a best-in-class candidate experience
  • Manage and optimize sourcing channels: network referrals, external agencies, and outbound campaigns
  • Organize recruiting events and spread the Forge brand to attract top talent
  • Maintain and report on recruiting funnel metrics with rigor
  • Continuously improve all aspects of the recruiting system and grow the talent team over time
