About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own recruiting end-to-end across engineering, GTM, and leadership roles, treating every open role as a business problem.
  • Within 30 days: Own a live search end-to-end (starting with engineering), including sourcing, screening, and driving to close.
  • Within 90 days: Build the recruiting machine with ATS, scorecards, screening filters, pipeline reporting, and weekly operating cadence.
  • Over the next 6 months: Land key leadership roles and senior engineers; engage and drive external recruiting firms.
  • Systematize repeatable parts of hiring so focus shifts to the hardest searches.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience at a mix of agency and fast-growing, product-driven companies (tilt toward technical or GTM recruiting is fine).
  • Hunter mindset: proactively source passive candidates and persist until they say yes.
  • Operational excellence: drive results from people who don't report to you, hold external firms accountable to timelines.
  • High agency, low ego: own outcomes end-to-end; willing to handle unglamorous coordination tasks.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience building recruiting infrastructure from scratch.
  • Background in technical recruiting for engineering roles or GTM recruiting.
