What You'll Need
- 4+ years of relevant product design experience
- A strong portfolio demonstrating excellent product thinking and polished interaction + visual design
- Experience designing complex products, workflows, or tools
- A customer-first mindset with exceptional communication skills
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
- Curiosity and excitement about AI and the future of human-AI interaction
Nice to Have
- Experience at an early-stage startup or in a founding/first designer role
- Experience designing technical, AI, or B2B products
- Strong UX research skills (qualitative, customer interviews, rapid prototyping)
- Comfort with basic front-end concepts or collaborating closely with engineers
- Interest in the design challenges around conversational AI, speech UX, or agent-driven interfaces
