About the role
Responsibilities
- Craft core user experiences for sports prediction market, from user understanding and concepting features to shipping polished interfaces.
- Work directly with VP of Design, founder, and product team to shape product direction end-to-end.
- Turn complex sports markets, live data, and trading mechanics into intuitive, engaging experiences.
- Rapidly concept, prototype, test, and iterate for high-impact solutions with strong interaction design.
- Define, grow, and maintain design system for product cohesion.
Requirements
- 3–4+ years of product design experience.
- Portfolio showing system-level thinking, attention to detail, business impact, visual and interaction design skills, deep Figma fluency.
- Sharp instinct for user behavior and product judgment grounded in customer understanding.
- Strong point of view on design systems (components, tokens, variants).
- AI-forward, integrating AI into design workflows.
- Thrive in fast-paced environments with ownership, clear communication, curiosity about markets.

- Experience in fintech, sports betting, trading, or data-rich consumer products.
