Field Marketing Manager
Leads U.S. field marketing strategy, event execution, social media engagement, and pipeline generation for B2B GRC platform. Requires 5+ years experience, Salesforce/Pardot proficiency, event platform expertise, and 25-40% travel; based near Chicago.
Responsibilities
- Own the strategy, planning, and execution of LogicGate’s U.S. field marketing programs in collaboration with Marketing and Sales leadership to support pipeline and revenue goals.
- Lead the full lifecycle of U.S. field events from strategy and logistics through on-site activation and post-event follow-up, including industry conferences, roadshows, executive dinners, and roundtables.
- Engage with LogicGate/GRC community through social media campaigns on LinkedIn and Reddit; manage social media calendars and use tools like Brand Watch.
- Track, measure, analyze, and report on field marketing performance including pipeline contribution, event ROI, and account engagement.
- Develop relationships with sales leadership and align with marketing teams for consistent execution.
- Partner with content team for on-brand event messaging and collateral.
- Manage program budgets end-to-end.
Requirements
- 5+ years of field marketing experience with ownership of programs, campaigns, and events; B2B preferred.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record generating pipeline and executive engagement via sponsorships, executive dinners, roadshows, partner events.
- Fluency engaging enterprise customers, especially heads of marketing and agency decision-makers.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, marketing automation (Pardot or equivalent), event platforms (Swoogo, Bizzabo, Eventbrite).
- Experience using AI tools and emerging technologies.
- Exceptional project management, communication skills, and ability to travel 25–40%.
Compensation
- Base salary $103,000 - $118,000 per year + variable + equity + benefits.
Event Marketing Coordinator
Own execution of North America events including dinners, conferences, webinars, and customer roundtables. Partner with Sales, CS, and Brand to drive pipeline and retention through polished, data-informed experiences.
Product Marketing Manager
