Software Engineer, Full Stack
Build and operate production AI agents for enterprise customers, owning the full lifecycle from discovery through reliability improvements. The role requires 5+ years of engineering experience, strong backend fundamentals, Python and Go proficiency, customer-facing communication, and comfort in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities
- Design and ship production AI agents embedded in Teams, Slack, intranets, voice lines, and email, integrating with enterprise systems such as SAP, ServiceNow, and Workday.
- Own the full agent lifecycle, including discovery, building, evaluation, launch, and ongoing reliability improvements.
- Work directly with enterprise leaders to understand business processes and determine what should be an agent, workflow, or human task.
- Turn field-learned patterns into core product capabilities, including connectors, agent primitives, and tooling.
- Collaborate with product and platform engineering teams to generalize solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant engineering experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems.
- Strong backend fundamentals, including algorithms and data modeling.
- Proficiency in more than one programming language, especially Python and Go.
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability in fast-changing, ambiguous environments.
- High agency and a builder's mindset.
- Comfort working directly with customers.
- Clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience building or deploying LLM systems in production, including developing evaluation methods.
- Familiarity with agent tooling, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, MCP, and prompt engineering.
- Founder or founding engineer experience.
- Experience integrating enterprise applications such as HRIS, ITSM, ERP, and ticketing systems, including authentication.
- Experience with distributed global teams and multi-tenant SaaS environments.
