Responsibilities
- Analyze radiologists’ workflows, reporting habits, template usage, and pain points to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and user experience.
- Configure reporting templates and software settings for the needs of each department, reducing friction and creating measurable value.
- Design and execute customer-specific adoption strategies.
- Lead onboarding sessions, workshops, and enablement activities for radiologists and key users.
- Build trusted relationships and help users gain confidence with the technology and related workflows.
- Translate customer observations into actionable product insights.
- Use data such as template usage and reporting volume to prioritize engagement and develop power users into advocates.
- Use AI tools to optimize processes, identify automation opportunities, establish best practices, and improve team workflows.
- Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to evaluate new features, support beta programs, and validate innovative solutions.
Requirements
- Knowledge of radiology, including clinical reporting workflows, medical terminology, and structured templates.
- Experience with speech-recognition software, reporting solutions, or other radiology technologies is preferred.
- Clinical or technical background.
- Strong listening, communication, relationship-building, and explanation skills.
- Training, user adoption, change-management, and customer-success mindset.
- Technical proficiency in healthcare IT environments, software configuration, and workflow discussions.
- Regular use of AI tools and ability to validate results, build trust, and demonstrate practical value to skeptical users.
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for new technologies and improved ways of working.
- German at C1–C2 level and English at C1 level.
