Responsibilities

  • Manage complex, high-volume scheduling for multiple recruiters and hiring teams, including phone, virtual, and onsite interviews.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to recruiters by anticipating scheduling needs, balancing competing priorities, and finding creative solutions to challenges.
  • Own the candidate experience, ensuring communication is timely, professional, and personalized throughout the interview process.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for onsite candidates.
  • Maintain and update job postings on the careers page and external job boards.
  • Assist in managing candidate activity in Ashby.
  • Support special projects and other assigned duties.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, with exposure to a high volume of requisitions.
  • Highly organized and attentive to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple assignments.
  • Strong critical-thinking skills and ability to adapt when plans change on short notice.
  • Flexible and able to react quickly to last-minute changes.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Commitment to creating an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Ability to work effectively with candidates, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders.
  • Experience with scheduling tools such as Ashby, Envoy, and Workday.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Hybrid work arrangement with in-office collaboration.
  • Employees are expected to work onsite three days per week, Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
