Work on secure model access, compliant data pathways, observability, cost controls, evaluation patterns, human-in-the-loop workflows, and reusable architecture to support AI adoption across the organization.
Participate in an on-call rotation in collaboration with the tier 1 support team.
Refactor legacy monolithic systems while designing new services and integration patterns.
Explain technical tradeoffs to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
Experience building production-grade features in Python (or transferable experience in languages like Node.js with willingness to learn Python).
Experience designing reliable data models and using relational databases at scale.
Proven track record as a key contributor to the design and implementation of large, complex projects.
Comfort working in and refactoring legacy monolithic systems.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong focus on quality, observability, privacy, security, and operational risk.
