Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end strategy, development, and performance of the core product platform.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to evaluate opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and deliver customer and business value.
- Conduct customer research, analyze product data, and evaluate workflows to identify high-impact improvements.
- Create detailed product requirements documents and low- and high-fidelity mockups.
- Partner with engineering and design to deliver features from conception through launch.
- Develop expertise across scheduling, estimating, job management, invoicing, and payments.
- Serve as the core-platform subject matter expert, supporting Sales and Customer Success with product enablement and knowledge.
Requirements
- Foundation in product thinking and interest in technical concepts such as APIs and systems.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn; deep technical experience is not required.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams through internships, school projects, or early-career roles.
- Customer-focused mindset and interest in connecting product decisions to user experience and business impact.
