Responsibilities
- Own a product initiative from discovery through launch, including build-versus-buy analysis, workflow redesign, or feature adoption for HR Technology tools.
- Partner with HR, IT, Security, and vendor teams to define requirements, gather user feedback, and align stakeholders on priorities.
- Evaluate and pilot generative AI agents for HR teams; define success metrics and track return on investment.
- Map workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement automated solutions using HRIS, applicant tracking, and enterprise collaboration platforms.
- Analyze product metrics and user data to measure impact, inform decisions, and communicate results to leadership.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, Business, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Analytical and problem-solving ability, including structuring ambiguous problems into action plans.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools, prompt engineering, or low-code/no-code platforms.
- Project management experience from scope definition through on-time delivery.
- Proactive problem identification and solution development.
- Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight to improve workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
Compensation
- Hourly rate: $50 USD.
