Responsibilities
- Provide timely technical and content support to learners navigating the Celonis Academy platform.
- Administer, configure, and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including learning paths and platform stability.
- Design, build, and optimize automated workflows using Make and Celonis Action Flows.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and apply AI tools and agents to automate routine tasks.
- Help scale and operationalize agentic workflows for AI-driven Academy operations.
- Break down and communicate complex topics clearly to different audiences.
Requirements
- Enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor's or master's program in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related field.
- Passion for automation and low-code/no-code platforms.
- Basic knowledge of APIs.
- Curiosity about AI, large language models, and agentic workflows.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a learner-first mindset.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
