What You'll Do
- Improve the core abstractions and runtime of the LangChain and LangGraph packages
- Improve documentation across the LangChain ecosystem
- Answer user questions and resolve issues from the community
- Use LangChain to build example applications that demonstrate how to build production AI systems
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of software engineering or applied machine learning experience
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Compensation & Benefits
Annual salary range: $160,000- $225,000 Competitive compensation including base salary, meaningful equity, health and dental coverage, flexible vacation, 401(k) plan, and life insurance.
