Responsibilities
- Build and evolve Dev Mode, MCP tools, and Make, Figma’s tools for developer/design collaboration.
- Build new 0-to-1 products in the agentic coding space.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to craft high-quality products.
- Mentor and be mentored by engineering, product, and design peers.
- Help shape Figma’s culture.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience shipping user-facing features or products as a full-stack developer.
- Strong fluency with React and TypeScript.
- Experience communicating and working cross-functionally to proactively drive solutions.
- Attention to detail, quality, and craftsmanship.
- High velocity and a focus on user impact.

- Leading large-scale engineering projects with high impact.
- Driving cross-functional projects with Product, Design, Data, and Research.
