Responsibilities
- Design and ship modular, reusable UI components using TypeScript, Angular, and modern front-end tools.
- Champion automated unit, integration, and end-to-end testing using tools such as Cypress and Jest.
- Integrate AI capabilities and automated developer workflows into product experiences and development processes.
- Monitor and optimize web performance, accessibility, and responsive design, including WCAG 2.1 compliance.
- Use Datadog dashboards and logs to identify and eliminate UI bottlenecks.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor earlier-career engineers.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Design, QA, and Backend teams in an Agile environment.
- Produce architectural documentation and technical specifications.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional front-end engineering experience delivering complex production applications in an enterprise environment.
- Advanced proficiency in TypeScript, Angular, or modern component-based frameworks such as React or Vue.
- Experience writing testable code and building unit, integration, and end-to-end test suites.
- Practical experience using AI tools, LLMs, or automated coding assistants such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or ChatGPT.
- Understanding of web performance optimization, responsive design, and WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid environment and travel occasionally for team events.
Nice to Have
- Experience building enterprise B2B SaaS platforms, particularly GRC, security, or data-intensive analytics software.
- Familiarity with GitLab CI, Webpack optimization, and Datadog Real User Monitoring.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $120,000–$160,000 per year, plus variable compensation, equity, and benefits.
