Senior product engineer building and operating full-stack DevTools and AI reliability features, working directly with developer and SRE customers. Requires production software experience, AI-assisted development, product judgment, and autonomy in a remote async environment.

Responsibilities
- Build and ship full-stack features using AI coding agents for exploration, scaffolding, refactoring, testing, and debugging.
- Talk directly with developers, DevOps, and SRE teams to understand workflows, pain points, and feedback.
- Identify and solve developer problems such as flaky tests, flaky checks, unclear failures, and noisy alerts.
- Own work end to end from ideation and implementation through rollout and production monitoring.
- Participate in customer support and on-call rotations.
- Work autonomously in a remote, async-first environment.
Requirements
- Experience shipping features with AI coding tools and taking products from zero to production.
- Experience building and operating production software used by real customers.
- Ability to make sound implementation decisions and handle incidents, regressions, observability, and follow-up.
- Ability to discuss product problems with customers and evaluate whether proposed solutions address their needs.
- Strong autonomy and self-motivation in a remote environment.
- Availability to work within UTC-3 to UTC+3 time zones.
- Ability to travel to European countries without requiring a visa appointment.
Technical Environment
- Vue.js, TypeScript, Node.js, Golang, Postgres, ClickHouse, AWS, OpenTelemetry, and Playwright.
- AI coding agents such as Codex and Claude.
Compensation and Benefits
- €88,000–€105,000 annually for markets comparable to the UK and Germany, plus stock options.
- €79,000–€97,000 annually for markets comparable to Spain, Poland, and Ukraine, plus stock options.
