Responsibilities
- Provide operational and administrative support to multiple Client Success Leads.
- Manage assigned operational projects and support cross-functional initiatives from planning through completion.
- Coordinate priorities, timelines, and deliverables while following established processes and escalating questions as needed.
- Maintain accurate client information and identify and correct data-quality issues.
- Prepare client reports and segment client data for communications, events, and business reviews.
- Resolve client issues and inquiries routed through Member Support and Billing, engaging appropriate stakeholders when needed.
- Build cross-functional relationships to streamline processes and support client and member outcomes.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, customer success, administration, or a related field.
- Ability to organize multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and following established processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Extreme attention to detail, sound judgment, initiative, and customer-centered communication.

- $80,000–$120,000 annual salary.
