Founding Product Manager

Founding Product Manager to own roadmap and end-to-end feature delivery for AI agent workflow automation platform. Requires sharp product judgment, design taste, technical fluency, AI experience, and in-office work in NYC.

About the job

Responsibilities

  • Partner with CEO, design, and engineering to set product strategy and own the roadmap, balancing near-term needs with long-term vision.
  • Drive features end-to-end: requirements, crisp specs, stakeholder alignment, and keeping design, engineering, and go-to-market in lockstep.
  • Talk to users constantly, turning their pain points into a clear sense of what's most valuable to build next.
  • Turn a fast-moving space into a clear, opinionated roadmap.
  • Own features end-to-end from customer problem to shipped product.
  • Help define not just what we build but how we do product as the team grows.

Requirements

  • Sharp product judgment paired with genuine design taste: a high bar for elegant, simple user experiences, and the instinct to sweat the details.
  • Enough technical fluency to go deep on a genuinely technical product domain and partner with engineering as a peer.
  • Clear, concise communicator who brings structure to ambiguity and can represent both users and engineering tradeoffs to any audience.
  • AI fluency: explore and prototype with the latest AI tools, and reason about model capabilities well enough to make product calls.
  • Open to working 5 days a week out of our office in NYC (relocation covered).

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience building in AI/agentic automation or similar technical domains.
  • Background working with enterprise customers or complex workflows.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary plus meaningful equity at Series A stage. Exact compensation based on experience and level.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits.
  • 401(k) matching.
  • Daily meals together in the office.
  • Flexible PTO (4 weeks per year).
  • Relocation support for candidates not already based in NYC.
