Program Manager, GTM Planning

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day operations of large-scale transformational programs.
  • Develop detailed project plans, milestones, roadmaps, change-management plans, tasks, and reporting methodologies.
  • Ensure program integrity and track progress through standardized reporting and systems requirements.
  • Design scalable, sustainable process improvements and planning tools.
  • Analyze emerging challenges and opportunities and develop repeatable processes.
  • Build business cases and use data to influence decisions and secure cross-functional support and resources.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks.
  • Coordinate with leadership and stakeholders to align complex programs, balance priorities, and gain buy-in.
  • Execute initiatives through cross-functional teams across Finance, Legal, Systems, and other departments.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement, messaging and communication planning, support, and enablement during change-management activities.
  • Promote tooling, including AI-based solutions, to improve planning-process efficiency.
  • Drive sales territory planning and align strategies across segments.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or management consulting, preferably within a go-to-market or sales operations organization.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and execution skills, with the ability to own cross-functional projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to deploy strategic initiatives end to end.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills, business acumen, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Ability to move between strategic and detailed work and execute hands-on.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills across all organizational levels.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management systems.
  • Experience with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel data manipulation and SQL.
