Finance Analyst

Finance Analyst partnering with go-to-market and department leaders on growth economics, deal structure, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Responsibilities

  • Partner with go-to-market teams on pricing, deal structure, non-standard terms, and growth investment decisions.
  • Report on growth-investment ROI by channel, campaign, and segment.
  • Run Deal Desk and maintain customer and growth economics.
  • Participate in go-to-market meetings and translate business questions into actionable analysis.
  • Run quarterly budget and headcount planning with department leads.
  • Track spending against budget, identify variances, and support headcount, vendor, and resourcing decisions.
  • Support monthly forecasting, actuals reconciliation, variance analysis, and commentary.
  • Maintain schedules and drivers for the company operating model.
  • Help prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages for leadership, the board, and lenders.
  • Automate recurring work using AI workflows, queries, dashboards, and templates while validating outputs.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, Big Four, or a comparable analytical role; exceptional new graduates are welcome.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, engineering, mathematics, or another quantitative field.
  • Ability to build financial models from scratch.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
  • Hands-on experience with budgeting or forecasting cycles.
  • Effective use of AI with strong judgment and quality control.
  • Clear written communication and ability to summarize complex models concisely.
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort operating in ambiguity and at speed.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to Have

  • SQL.
  • Python or comparable scripting for analysis and automation.
  • Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or Hex.
  • Pigment, Cube, Aleph, or NetSuite.
  • Fintech, banking, or lending experience.
