Responsibilities
- Partner with go-to-market teams on pricing, deal structure, non-standard terms, and growth investment decisions.
- Report on growth-investment ROI by channel, campaign, and segment.
- Run Deal Desk and maintain customer and growth economics.
- Participate in go-to-market meetings and translate business questions into actionable analysis.
- Run quarterly budget and headcount planning with department leads.
- Track spending against budget, identify variances, and support headcount, vendor, and resourcing decisions.
- Support monthly forecasting, actuals reconciliation, variance analysis, and commentary.
- Maintain schedules and drivers for the company operating model.
- Help prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages for leadership, the board, and lenders.
- Automate recurring work using AI workflows, queries, dashboards, and templates while validating outputs.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, Big Four, or a comparable analytical role; exceptional new graduates are welcome.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, engineering, mathematics, or another quantitative field.
- Ability to build financial models from scratch.
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- Hands-on experience with budgeting or forecasting cycles.
- Effective use of AI with strong judgment and quality control.
- Clear written communication and ability to summarize complex models concisely.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort operating in ambiguity and at speed.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to Have
- SQL.
- Python or comparable scripting for analysis and automation.
- Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or Hex.
- Pigment, Cube, Aleph, or NetSuite.
- Fintech, banking, or lending experience.
