About the role

What You Will Do

  • Follow up with inbound and outbound prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn to uncover fit, needs, and potential value.
  • Partner closely with Account Executives to hand off qualified opportunities and ensure a smooth buyer experience.
  • Capture and share insights from conversations to inform sales plays, product roadmap, and agent development.
  • Experiment with new channels, messaging, and automation to increase conversion and efficiency.
  • Use LangChain powered agents to test, learn, and improve prospecting strategies.

How to Be Successful

  • 1–2 years of experience in a Sales, SDR, or BDR role within SaaS or technology (or strong curiosity and drive if early career).
  • Clear, confident communicator for technical and business audiences.
  • Motivated by learning, iteration, and experimentation; treat outreach like a craft.
  • Comfortable with structure and ambiguity; execute and improve processes.
  • Excited about modern sales tech, AI tools, and next-generation GTM teams.
  • Positive, persistent, highly organized with energy in interactions.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual salary range: $110,000 - $128,000 (base + variable).
