What You'll Do
- Solve for the customer: Serve multiple stakeholders – ICs (SDRs, AEs, CSMs, AMs), leaders, internal AI teams, etc. Each has unique needs and product challenges.
- Innovate: AI Agents represent a new frontier. Discover new tools and processes for building agents.
- End-to-End Ownership: Drive the entire design process from concept to execution to iteration, in close collaboration with cross-functional partners.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner closely with engineering, product, leadership, and the entire company to define and build a seamless and cohesive experience.
- Gather Feedback: Conduct customer feedback and usability testing to gather insights and iterate to solve user problems effectively.
- Build Design Systems: Develop and maintain a scalable design system for consistency and efficiency across products and platforms.
What You'll Bring
- Proven Experience: 4+ years of extensive experience in UI/UX design for complex (AI + data-rich) user-facing products, leading design projects from ideation to launch.
- Curiosity: Passion for understanding user needs and finding solutions from first principles.
- Full-Stack Design: Fluent in visual design, shaping product direction, defining interactions, and pixel-perfect execution.
- AI-Pilled: Strong beliefs about design in the agent era, willing to try, learn, and update priors.
- Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to articulate problems, concepts, and decisions to stakeholders.
- Research Skills: Experience with customer feedback, usability testing, and translating findings into design improvements.
- Technical Proficiency: Mastery of Figma with ability to code as needed.
- Adaptability and Resilience: Comfort in fast-paced startup environment, handling ambiguity.
