Responsibilities
Own the Professional Services offering portfolio
- Maintain and govern the portfolio, including scope, hours, pricing, and resource plans for offerings serving start-ups through enterprises.
- Manage the full offering lifecycle: design, build, launch, iterate, and deprecate offerings based on market need, delivery performance, and product roadmap changes.
- Keep the portfolio current as new products launch.
- Design and implement a governance framework for the portfolio.
Drive offering performance analytics
- Define and track KPIs including attach rate, scope deviation, planned versus actual burn rate, gross margin per offering, and customer satisfaction.
- Run performance reviews and present findings and recommendations to Professional Services leadership.
Refine offering design
- Analyze delivery burn data to identify offerings that are over- or under-scoped and propose refinements.
- Conduct retrospectives with Delivery Leads after engagements close.
- Synthesize input from Delivery, Sales, and Finance into offering design decisions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of Professional Services or consulting delivery experience.
- Demonstrable experience shaping or owning a service offering.
- Commercial literacy.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent written communication.
- Product Management training or experience.
- Ability to apply product thinking—including hypothesis, prototype, measure, and iterate—to service design.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Certinia and/or Salesforce.
- Exposure to partner and systems integrator ecosystems.
