Senior Product Manager owning awareness, acquisition, and activation experiences that help free users understand Premium and move toward subscription. The role requires scaled consumer product experience, strong experimentation and funnel analysis skills, and the ability to operate across global markets.

Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for how free users become aware of, experience, and develop intent for Premium, driving consideration, conversion intent, and subscriber growth across segments and markets.
- Lead discovery, design, and delivery of subscriber-facing features from concept through global rollout.
- Drive experiments to understand what makes users want Premium and move free users toward a purchase decision.
- Turn behavioral, funnel, and market data into hypotheses, success metrics, and a prioritized experimentation roadmap.
- Design rigorous A/B experiments and scale approaches that work across markets and segments.
- Balance user value, revenue impact, regional nuance, and operational complexity when making product trade-offs.
- Partner with marketing, research, and regional teams to adapt value positioning and messaging for different markets and user needs.
- Communicate strategy, results, and trade-offs to senior stakeholders, translating funnel mechanics and subscription economics into business impact.
Requirements
- Strong track record in product management.
- Experience shipping consumer-facing products or features at scale.
- Experience relevant to subscriptions, marketplaces, consumer growth, or media.
- Strong understanding of consumer value, willingness to pay, and product positioning.
- Ability to analyze awareness-to-conversion funnels and connect product decisions to ARPU, LTV, and subscriber growth.
- Fluency in experimentation and A/B testing, including funnel, cohort, and behavioral analysis.
- Experience navigating global consumer businesses across markets, segments, and competitive dynamics.
- Strong judgment balancing user value, revenue impact, and operational cost.
- Clear communication and collaboration across product, design, engineering, marketing, research, data science, and regional teams.
- Comfort working through open-ended problems and adapting based on evidence.
