Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, engineering, design, integrations, and operations teams to define requirements and deliver customer-facing products.
- Support backlog prioritization, refinement, sprint planning, and release delivery.
- Communicate product status, progress, and upcoming releases to stakeholders, executives, and customers.
- Create and maintain product documentation, internal user guides, and release notes.
- Monitor product metrics and analytics to identify improvement opportunities and support data-driven decisions.
- Use AI-supported tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot to draft requirements, summarize customer feedback, write release notes, and research problem spaces.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative user and customer research with product and design partners.
- Break high-level requirements into execution-ready requirements and manage work through release and launch.
- Maintain near-term planned work and ensure sprint work aligns with quarterly roadmap priorities.
- Surface risks, dependencies, gaps, and blockers, and represent product-area status and priorities to stakeholders and customers.
- Travel periodically for work as needed.
Requirements
- Strong desire and willingness to learn product management and product development concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
- 2+ years of business analyst, product owner, or APM experience with a product used regularly in daily work.
- Experience driving projects with a predictable cadence and multiple stakeholders from diverse disciplines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong judgment, analytical ability, and creativity in investigating complex problems.
- Demonstrated use of AI-supported tools in prior work or coursework, with an ability to explain how they saved time or improved output.
- Ability to learn and apply new AI and automation tools independently.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly evolving environments.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment on an East Coast schedule.
