Responsibilities
Own the Partner Network
Own the health, performance, and composition of the imaging partner network across 200+ facilities.
Keep the CRM accurate as the single system of record for the network.
Drive Network Strategy
Set market prioritization based on member demand and coverage gaps.
Own partner mix, remediation versus exit decisions, and high-stakes escalations end to end.
Bring commit-level recommendations on exits, exclusivity, and major market bets to the COO for ratification.
Lead and Develop the Team
Manage and develop a team of account managers who own partner relationships and drive onboarding and ongoing performance.
Coach through escalations and complex integrations; step in directly on the highest-stakes relationships.
Own Commercial Terms
Own renewals and contract work on a small set of the network’s most important partnerships, including pricing, exclusivity, and service-level terms.
Work with Legal from redline to signature.
Drive Onboarding and Launch
Ensure partners go live cleanly, with account managers acting as project managers and coordinating across Member Experience, Operations, and Integration/Engineering.
Own the launch-to-stable transition and resolve operational issues that drive member complaints.
Enable New Products and Expansion
Work with Product and MRI Operations to bring new scan capabilities onto the network.
Support international expansion, including the UK and new markets, with the partner strategy to support it.
Maintain CRM, SOPs, and institutional knowledge so the function can scale.
Work Cross-Functionally
Coordinate with Operations, Product, Finance/Billing, and Member Experience to keep partnerships performing and members well-served.
Represent the partner network in internal planning and roadmap discussions.
Requirements
5+ years leading partnerships or provider network operations; healthcare experience is not required.
Experience managing and developing a team through escalations and complex operational work.
Experience making consequential network decisions, including exits, remediations, and escalations owned end to end.
Entrepreneurial approach to ambiguous problems, with the ability to act independently and build processes from scratch.
Strong operational judgment, including building repeatable processes, documenting key information, and maintaining clean systems.
Comfort working cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and Legal while translating between commercial and operational needs.
Excellent written and verbal communication; direct, concise, and organized.
Strong ownership and follow-through in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
